Fulfillment Policy
At InvestWell Solutions, a Wyoming-based subsidiary of Versatile Enterprises (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality, timely, and transparent business development services. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how our products and services are delivered to clients, including expectations, timelines, and support.
By purchasing any service from InvestWell Solutions, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Our Fulfillment Process
InvestWell Solutions offers done-for-you business services, not tangible products (unless otherwise specified). Our deliverables are primarily digital and service-based in nature and may include but are not limited to:
- Branded website or storefront development
- Automation and CRM setup
- SOPs, dashboards, and workflows
- Supplier or system integrations
- Strategy sessions and support
- Client onboarding documentation
- AI agent and backend system implementation
- Recruitment support and operational guidance
2. Project Timeline
Typical fulfillment timelines range between 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the selected package, client responsiveness, and scheduling availability.
Please note: Fulfillment timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customization requirements, scope changes, platform issues, or incomplete client responses.
We reserve the right to adjust timelines based on workload, package tier, or unforeseen operational delays. Clients will be notified in writing of any expected adjustments to delivery windows.
3. Client Responsibilities
Timely fulfillment depends on active participation by the Client. You agree to:
- Complete onboarding forms promptly and accurately
- Attend strategy or kickoff calls
- Respond to email or portal communications within 48–72 hours
- Provide branding direction, feedback, or approvals when requested
- Submit business preferences or critical data within agreed-upon timeframes
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delivery delays, project suspension, or reactivation fees.
4. Digital Service Fulfillment
All digital deliverables will be provided through our secure client portal, email, or via direct links. These may include:
- Google Docs, Notion dashboards, or project trackers
- Web-based systems or integrations
- Training videos, SOPs, or live walkthrough recordings
- Access credentials and service handoff documents
Access will be granted once the project reaches the relevant milestone and all requirements are met.
5. Physical Product Fulfillment (if applicable)
Some service packages may include the shipment of a physical tool such as a business-use laptop, which is provided to support the operation of the digital business we build for the Client.
- Products are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL
- Delivery typically occurs within 5–10 business days after confirmation
- Tracking numbers will be provided where applicable
- We are not responsible for customs delays, theft, or incorrect shipping details provided by the client
- Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for replacement consideration
Physical products are considered tools bundled within a service package, and do not carry individual resale or refund value.
6. Post-Fulfillment Support
After your business has been built and delivered, your service includes:
- Ongoing access to a support manager (duration varies by package)
- Training on tools, workflows, or delegated systems
- Maintenance support for pre-agreed technical issues (if included)
- Optional paid upgrades or consulting packages for scaling
Support is provided via email, live sessions, or our client support portal during normal business hours (M–F, excluding holidays).
7. Service Handoff
Once all core deliverables have been completed and signed off (or deemed complete by milestone documentation), the service is considered fulfilled. At this point, the business is under full ownership of the Client, and ongoing operations are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed.
8. Disputes and Adjustments
If you believe an error was made in your fulfillment or you are missing deliverables, you must notify us in writing within 7 business days of the service completion notification. We will review your request and, if applicable, remedy the issue promptly.
Failure to communicate concerns in writing within the provided window may result in forfeiture of dispute resolution or correction rights.
